Yes, you lose 1 regen pip (so if you're a warrior then you would have only 1 regen), but you gain 1 enrgy each time your hit with an attack. If your weapon is fast, like a sword, axe, or shortbow then this can be very beneficial.

Correct as above. But I think a common misconception with the Zealous Mods are that they continuously bring your energy down as if you have a lot of bonds on you. This is not true. Since you always have a # of pips as energy regain you will only lose one pip making your energy regain slower.
Btw a great was to make up for this is to spam attacks that hit more than one foe. Ex. Barrage and Cyclone Axe. Hope this helps. |

Skills that hit more than once will trigger the zealous mod for every successful hit making skills like barrage + a zealous weapon very profitable.
Edit: sry my mistake thought i saw that on wiki but doesn't seem to be there. Was late when i posted this. Last edited by tijo; Feb 27, 2007 at 02:18 PM // 14:18.. |

Not true Tijo. Each hit you make with a zealous mod DOES NOT steal energy from the opponent hit. You gain energy, but they don't lose any.
